Before you book
A few things to know.
Is my appointment confirmed as soon as I send the form?
Not quite. The form sends an appointment request to our team. We check availability and reply by phone or email within one business day to confirm the final time. Please do not consider the appointment booked until you hear from us.
What if I am not sure which service to choose?
Choose "Not sure yet" and tell us a little about what you are hoping for. We will help you find the right service during your consultation, whether that is a cut, a facial, or a combination.
Can I request a specific specialist?
Yes. Select John or Sally in the form, or let us know in the notes. If your preferred specialist is unavailable, we will suggest the closest alternative and never change your plan without asking.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. That gives us time to offer the appointment to someone else. If you are running late, call us and we will do our best to make it work.
